Following the prestigious visit of Princess Esmeralda of Belgium and Jo Van Cauwenberge, Director of GoodPlanet Belgium, we are delighted to announce that Edouard De Keyser has officially become GoodPlanet Belgium’s ambassador and has been awarded the Blue Flag on 9 June 2023!
Edouard De Keyser signed the charter in the magnificent club house of the Brussels Royal Yacht Club, in the presence of Princess Esmeralda of Belgium.
This event marked an important step in our commitment to sustainable development and the preservation of our environment.
We are also proud to announce that Princess Esmeralda of Belgium honoured SolarWind with her visit. This yacht, sponsored by Bertrand Picard, now proudly sports the Blue Flag. This is recognition of Édouard De Keyser’s commitment to sailing without using any fossil fuels and to preserving our marine ecosystems.
We would like to warmly thank Princess Esmeralda of Belgium and Jo Van Cauwenberge for their support and their presence at this memorable event. Their commitment to sustainable development is an inspiration to us all.
